Granite State Distinguished Physical Therapy Service Award

Presented to a member of the APTA New Hampshire who has selflessly provided exceptional service to the APTA NH community and has significantly helped advance the profession of physical therapy.

Criteria

• 5 years or more of APTA NH member
• Currently NH licensed PT or PTA
• Contributed to the enhancement of the overall delivery of physical therapy services in NH
